Came in today to get my car inspected, the inspectors name was Daniel, he was friendly, honest and past my car with advice on what to look at fixing in future (power steering fluid leak). The admin lady was friendly also. Highly recommend.

On the way to work my red battery warning light came on. Rang Brett and his team in the morning and they were more than happy to help me out. Took my car in mid morning and Brett fixed the problem by the afternoon. So grateful for their help. Will definitely be back!

Had my vehicle inspected by these guys. Very professional operation from booking the car in to the inspection itself. The car passed no problems. The secret is to make sure your car is good before you get it inspected. Would recommend these guys highly.

Highly recommended Brett and PAC for mechanical work. Great communication, quick turnaround, thorough and beat another quote for the same jobs. I brought in my Subaru which needed a big job done. This work had been identified at my regular service (my regular service mechanic is part of a corporate group) and had been quoted by the other mechanics. I brought my car in without calling ahead and Brett gave me a quote on the spot, which was significantly less that what the other quote. I brought my car down on a Thursday arvo and PAC were able to book me in on the following Monday. While the car was on the lift, Brett was also able to complete another mechanical job which had been identified by the other mechanics, but I had decided to put this off for another 12 months because of the cost of their quote. Brett clearly explained to me what he proposed to do and gave me another quote over the phone, which was significantly less than the other quote. When I picked up my car, Brett took the time to put the car on the lift and show me the work that had been done and the reason why the labour cost was more than anticipated (it's an older car, with the usual stubborn stuck parts and rounded nuts, so this was not surprising). I saved over $1k by going to PAC compared to the other quotes, even though the labour was more than expected. I highly recommend Brett and PAC. They were thorough, great at communicating with me and I felt respected as a customer. I will be returning and recommending PAC to my friends and family.

I contacted these guys after my 2018 Mercedes Benz GLC63S AMG was deemed to have multiple “defects” by another shop, which I completely disagreed with, especially since the car is in pristine condition with only 40k km on the clock. I brought it here for a second opinion, and I’m so glad I did. The team took the time to put my car on the hoist, show me the underside, and thoroughly explain what the actual issues were. I truly appreciate their transparency and professionalism. I highly recommend them for any DOT inspections. They are honest, reliable, and reasonable. Thank you for the great service!

I visited Perth Automotive Care to service my 2020 VW Golf. The price was very competitive ( almost 45% less to other mechanics in town) and service fast and reliable. Brett made sure all service check points are ticked and made suggestions for minor repairs, confining what I alredy was aware of- good pick up. He confined works on the phone with me before moving forward. I was offered free oil leak check in a week time just to make sure all is working as it should . Very happy with the services !
